We needed a new vacuum pump for our vacuum mixing vessel, one with better performance than we were currently using.  I asked Adrian from Absolute Vacuum Services Ltd to look at our mixer and to suggest a solution to our problem.  He arrived the next morning, took a look at our operation and said he would get back to me.  That afternoon he sent me through a quote for a replacement.  We agreed to fit it in a day or two. 

We are very pleased with the performance of our new pump; it has exceeded our expectation and is exactly what we required.  Adrian was helpful and professional with the installation, he even let us trial the pump for a few days before we agreed to purchase.

We have used Absolute Vacuum Services to service and repair our Balzers mass spectrometer leak detector (MSLD) for the last 8-9 years.  I have found Adrian to be very reliable and accommodating, being prepared to come in at little or no notice for breakdowns. Adrian is knowledgeable and quick to diagnose faults (most of which are caused by the machines operators), and able to source parts rapidly.

The MSLD has been extremely reliable considering the conditions it is required to function under. Our volume of checks exceeds the manufacturer’s recommended maximum usage and it is located in a production environment.  Natasha and Adrian keep a record and remind me of when the service checks are due which gives me one less thing to worry about. And they also let me know in advance when parts are showing signs of wear so that replacement parts can be ordered before they fail.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Absolute Vacuum Services to anyone who needs a MSLD supplier/service agent.
