Introducing “Absolute Vacuum Services Ltd”…

Firstly I would like to give you a brief outline of our background experience in the field of high vacuum technology here in New Zealand and in the United Kingdom.

Having previously spent 16 years in the U.K. high vacuum industry, building and installing Vacuum metalizers, Titanium Nitride coaters, Ion implanters, Electron beam welders, Vacuum furnaces and Mass Spectrometers etc I arrived here in New Zealand in 1995 and started work as a vacuum pump development engineer for part of the Masport Group.

In 1996 I was approached by one of the major NZ vacuum companies to join them as a service technician to carry out the service of industrial high vacuum equipment. Due to a change in business emphasis in 1999 I was able to start my own company “Absolute Vacuum Services Ltd”.

In 2002 following the birth of our daughter, my wife Natasha joined me full time taking on the sales and administration of the company. Working together we offer a 24 hour call out service and nationwide servicing.
